Kettlebell Snatches: A Lift For Football Players To Develop Game Breaking Speed!
You see kettlebells have been around a lot longer than the game of football and so have athletes. This ancient device is great at developing the muscles of your body by engaging you to train through manipulating movement patterns. So why does the make sense for football? Well the last time I checked you didn’t play the sport of football sitting down! The kettlebell snatch is a great explosive lift that trains all of the muscles of your posterior chain (muscles of your backside involved in the act of running and pulling) so that you can develop speed to burn your competitors on the gridiron.
